Real Sweet (But Not Too Sweet)

Tahona Sour
2oz. El Tesoro Anejo Tequila
1oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Agave Nectar
.5oz-1oz Dry Red Wine
Orange Peel
Combine tequila, lemon juice and agave into a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously to dilute and fine strain into a highball with a large ice cube. Pour wine float slowly over the ice cube. Express oils from the orange over the top and discard.
