2oz Socorro Blanco Tequila
1oz Lime Juice
.75oz Agave Nectar
Topo Chico
6-8 Mint Leaves + Sprig for Garnish
Combine agave and 6-8 mint leaves in a mixing glass and muddle lightly to infuse oils. Add tequila, lime juice and ice. Shake vigorously to dilute and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with Topo Chico and stir with a bar spoon to combine. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
